DeAnn Sena O’Connor
DeAnn Sena O’Connor is the Principal and Creative Director at dso creative, a design studio she opened after honing her skills as production manager and art director at Central New Mexico Community College and lead designer Santa Fe Community College. DeAnn has extensive training and experience in the advertising industry though work as a designer and art director for several local and national advertising agencies. She has collaborated with and created ideas for many advertising agencies, independent clients and large corporations for over 15 years. DeAnn has been recognized with awards from the American Advertising Federation New Mexico, Graphic Design USA Magazine, the National Council for Marketing and Public Relations and the Public Relations Society of America. She was named a 2013 Albuquerque Business First Woman of Influence and will be featured as a Person to Watch in Graphic Design USA Magazine in 2018. She served as president of the American Advertising Federation New Mexico in the 2012-2013 year and is currently a board member. She also serves on the New Mexico Kids Matter Inc. Board of Directors.
Martha Carpenter is a Director with NAI Maestas & Ward and has been active in the commercial real estate industry since 2004. A native of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Martha specializes in the leasing acquisition and disposition of single and multi-tenant office/assisted living/medical/industrial/retail and land properties for local and national clients. Throughout her career, Martha has won numerous top producer awards. Most recently, Martha was awarded the “Top Broker” for Colliers International New Mexico office. Martha is regarded in the commercial real estate industry as an expert in the commercial industry and has worked with several local, as well as national companies.
Deilia Ray Williams
Deilia Ray Williams is the Creative Services Director at Hearst owned KOAT-7. She is a South Carolina native who moved to Albuquerque 3 years ago from the central coast of California with her husband and two children. Deilia is a two time Regional Emmy Award winner, and has earned a Silver ProMax Award, and Alpha Award for her Creative Direction. A self-proclaimed tv junkie, when she’s not binging a new show, she enjoys visiting the abundant art galleries of New Mexico and has found a new love of Mexican-American photography, red chile, and tattoos since moving to the land of enchantment.
Sam Sterling, AIA, Principal, has been practicing and teaching architecture in Albuquerque as a licensed architect for over 22 years. Prior to establishing his own practice, Sam was the Executive Senior Associate at Antoine Predock Architect PC, where he was in charge of over $200 million in projects and an office of 25-30 employees. Sam holds a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of New Mexico.
