Local author and web marketing consultant Jan Zimmerman will present two workshops about making social media work for companies and not-for-profits in the visual arts, performing arts, filmmaking, writing, music, or arts management. Day 1 will focus how to mix-and-match social media outlets based on the audience, skills, and type of business, while Day 2 will review niche social media channels by business type and cover the integration of social media with other forms of online marketing.
Attendees who register for both workshops and already have a website may also sign up for free mentoring sessions with Ms. Zimmerman to be held Wednesday May 18 from 3:30-5 pm.
The event is free to KIIC members or $25/day for non-members.
